Yes, the breakfast is included in the room’s price.

3. What is the breakfast composed of ?
The breakfast is served at the guest table with hot drinks (coffee, chocolate, tea, milk), bread, butter, jams, juices, yoghourt and Alsatian cakes.

4. At what time can we have breakfast ?
The breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10.00am every day (before 7.30am on demand).

5. At what time can I check into my room and what time is check out ?
The room is available from 4pm and should be left the day of departure before 11am.

6. When should I pay for the stay ?
The payment is expected at the time of departure.

7. Can I pay by Credit Card ?
The payment is expected at the time of departure.

8. What size beds are available in la Rose d’Alsace?
The Rose des Sables, Rose des Neige and Rose des Vents rooms contain british standard king size beds.
The Rose des vents room also contains 2 british standard single size beds.
The Rose de Kim room contains a british standard double size bed.

9. Can we bring our baby to la Rose d’Alsace ?
Yes, we provide all the necessary equipment to care for your Baby, such as a baby table, high chair, cot, baby-bath and microwave to cook.

10. Is La Rose d’Alsace open 24 hours ?
The reception is not open 24hours, but once you have checked in, you will receive a key to gain entry to the house.

11. What languages do you speak at La Rose d’Alsace ?
French, English, German and Italian.

12. Are animals accepted ?
No, for the comfort of our guests we do not accept animals.

13. Can we smoke in the rooms of la Rose d’Alsace ?
No, rooms, breakfast rooms and corridors inside the house are strictly non smoking ; however, you can smoke outside the house or in the garden.

14. Is private parking available at La Rose d’Alsace ?
No, we do not provide a private car park, however on street, parking is available or alternatively there are 2 car parks 50m away from the house.

The Strasbourg Entzheim International Airport is 20 km away from La Rose d’Alsace.

16. Is a meeting room available and what size ?
Yes, the breakfast room can easily be transformed into a meeting room for 10 people.
